Dried fruits-walnut chocolate crust

For biscuit base
100g butter
100g dark chocolate
100 ml brewed coffee
1 tablespoon (tbsp) dark, unsweetened cocoa powder
250g crushed biscuits
100 ml sweetened condensed milk (you can make this, I explain how at the bottom of this recipe)
150g raisins, cranberries, candied orange peel mixed (or any of your favorite dried fruits)
100g walnuts (or you can mix different seeds, for example: hazelnuts, almonds etc.)

For chocolate glaze
100g dark chocolate
2 tbsp cooking oil, 2 tbsp water

Preparation: about 20 minutes + 3-4 hours cooling

1) Melt 100g of chocolate above water vapor with the 100g butter and 100 ml coffee. In another bowl, mix together the 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 250g crushed crackers and 100 ml sweetened condensed milk. Then mix with the melted chocolate.

2) Chop the dried fruits and seeds and process into the biscuit mass. Line a 20x30 cm baking pan with parchment paper. Press the biscuit mass into the baking pan, making it 2 cm high.

3) Melt 100g dark chocolate with 2 tbsp of cooking oil and 2 tbsp water. Lubricate the biscuit mass evenly with the melted chocolate. Use the back of a teaspoon and draw waves/strips on the chocolate layer, carefully. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, then slice with a sharp, thin-bladed knife.

TIP: In the end, sprinkle a bit of unsweetened dark cocoa powder on the top.

For half a liter of condensed milk: 250 ml milk, 325g icing sugar, 25g butter

1) Put all of the ingredients in a thick-bottomed pan. Constantly stir until the sugar is dissolved at low heat.
2) Next, boil the mixture and for exactly 10 minutes stir it constantly at low heat.
3) Take it off the stove and put into cold water bath to cool, during which it will thicken increasingly.
