Christmas biscuit bonbon

160g ground walnut or almond
40g ground biscuit
100g poppy seed
50g dried cranberries
200g icing sugar
200g dark chocolate
2 tbsp (tablespoon) cooking oil

Preparation: 20-30 minutes

1) Mix the ground walnut and ground biscuit with the poppy seed and the icing sugar. Chop the dried cranberries into small pieces and add to the poppy mix. Add water drop by drop so you end up with an easily shapeable, moldable mass.

2) Melt the chocolate and add two tablespoon cooking oil. Create roll shaped the mass as you can see in the picture. Dip them one by one into the molten chocolate.
Put them on a cake rack or baking paper, and let the chocolate harden!


3) You can wrap them any way as you wish.
