Egg breakfast in cups

Ingredients:
5 eggs
red bell pepper
white bell pepper
tomato
zucchini
broccoli
ham
sausage
cheese (Trappist, cheddar, smoked cheese or feta)
onion
salt
pepper

Ready in 30 minutes

1) Dice your choosen ingredients!

2) Beat the eggs until smooth! Season with salt and pepper!

3) Preheat the oven to 180°C!

4) Grease the muffin or souffle tins, and place your combination of fillings into each cup! For example: zucchini + ham + cheese
onion + broccoli + ham + cheese
onion + sausage + bell pepper + cheese
sausage + cheese + tomato + bell pepper

5) Season each cup with salt and pepper! Pour the beaten eggs top of the ingredients until the liquid almost reaches the top.

6) Bake for 20 minutes, at 180°C.
